In this article, we’ll describe manual settings if you define the access to your mailbox by yourself. In reality every software working with email needs the following settings:
Server name from where to download mail (POP3 or IMAP in our case).
You can find it in the WY panel in the section of Domains -> General settings -> Incoming Mail Server.
The name of the server that sends mail (SMTP in our case).
Login name: (your login)
Password: (your password chosen when creating your email address)
Email address: (e.g. name [at] domain [dot] my)
Additional information such as:
Displayed name – will be displayed to the recipient as the sender’s name
Specific settings
CAUTION: SMTP authentication is required when sending mail via the server. This means that even when sending email, the mail client has to be verified by name and password, otherwise our server will not send the email.
